There isn't an easy way to share it. If [personal profile] pseudomonas happened to have the data easily available, he could make a text file with commands of the form:
moodtheme_setpic themeID moodID picURL width height

themeID = the number given to you after you created the mood theme.
moodID = the number of a mood for which you created an icon.
picURL = the URL of the relevant dragon picture.
width = width of the image, in pixels (number only, don't include units in the command).
height = height of the image, in pixels.

Then you or anyone else who wanted to borrow the dragons could input that file into the console, which is DW's hidden command line interface. In order to get valid numbers for themeID you need to execute the following first:
moodtheme create "title of mood theme" "description of mood theme"

In order to get numbers for moodID, you need to go to this view and match numbers to moods.

Why yes, this is a massive pain! It dates back from the days when LJ was a by-geeks-for-geeks project. Eventually DW is going to make a userfriendly way to share moodthemes, but it doesn't exist yet.
