New mood theme!

I can has made a Dreamwidth mood theme!

Expect more pictures as I get around to it, but I thought I should get the basics up there rather than waiting for it to be finished.

I can't remember if there's an easy way for anyone that isn't me to use the theme, but let me know if you work it out.

I can see how to make and use a custom mood theme, but not how to share it with people. Perhaps it needs to get officially accepted to become one of the public mood themes?
