Crunchy tasty kale stuff.

Take kale, rinse, chop roughly, spread on baking tray, and bake for about 10 min at 180°C: tasty crispy green stuff. It might take a tiny pinch of salt, but not very much, cos it's quite strongly flavoured when it's dried out.

Oooh, I shall have to try that. :-)

I made Kashmiri kale last night (adapted from a book recipe for Kashmiri spinach). It was *AMAZING*. Worked much better than the spinach. I am a new and total convert to kale. :-)

Thank you for this - I have a huge amount of kale bought for something else, and this is a great way to use it up! :)

Sounds excellent. I wonder if I could grow kale? Though I have memories of riding in the tractor when it was harvested to feed to the cows, and it smelled... loudly.
