Crunchy tasty kale stuff.
Feb. 28th, 2012 10:31 pmTake kale, rinse, chop roughly, spread on baking tray, and bake for about 10 min at 180°C: tasty crispy green stuff. It might take a tiny pinch of salt, but not very much, cos it's quite strongly flavoured when it's dried out.

Date: 2012-02-29 12:35 pm (UTC)I made Kashmiri kale last night (adapted from a book recipe for Kashmiri spinach). It was *AMAZING*. Worked much better than the spinach. I am a new and total convert to kale. :-)
